How We Do It

Screen Print

The majority of our designs are printed using a state-of-the-art industrial screen-printing process.

This enables us to turn around durable high quality prints with fine details, such as those required by ‘name in number’ and logo designs, reliably and consistently.

Our process means even the most intricate designs and logos will look sharp and vibrant, and last for years to come.

Embroidery

For those of you looking for something special, an embroidered crest, logo, or name offers a three-dimensional textured finished that will set your garments apart.

Our high quality digization process and precision machine embroidery technique means that even the most complex logo, crest or detail will look stunning on any of our many garment choices.

Heat Pressed Vinyl

Individual customisation options, for example personal names or numbers, are printed using a high quality vinyl heat press.

Our high quality process means these prints are incredibly durable and extremely unlikely to crack or peel.

Vinyl prints are designed to withstand machine washing, the roughest rugby games, and the rowdiest pub-crawls.

Our Ethics

The Environment

Throughout all our operations, we do our utmost to keep our carbon footprint and environmental impact to a minimum. The majority of our physical advertising and internal documents are printed on recycled paper. Our website is hosted on servers run by Rackspace, the company behind the ‘greenspace’ green hosting initiative. We encourage our customers to make orders in bulk to minimise the carbon footprint of delivery. We endeavour to provide garments from environmentally friendly sources such as those with ‘WRAP’ certification (see below). Overrun and unused garments are regularly donated to the Salvation Army rather than thrown away.

WRAP

The vast majority of our hoodies, including our most popular - The ‘Classic’ Hoodie - are sourced from manufacturers who conform to WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) and are certified to their strict regulations.

WRAP certification of factories ensures that all garments come from lawful, ethical and humane manufacturing sources. This applies right back through the supply chain to include environmentally sound cotton production.

Fairtrade

We stock a number of items that are certified as Fairtrade and carry the official Fairtrade mark. Look out for this when browsing through our popular garments.

For a product to display the FAIRTRADE Mark it must meet international Fairtrade standards, which are set by the international certification body, Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International(FLO). These standards are agreed through a process of research and consultation with key participants in the Fairtrade scheme, including producers themselves, traders, NGOs, academic institutions and labelling organisations such as the Fairtrade Foundation.
